We purchased this to replace some of our outside walking as winter is here. We are both 80 and needed a steady way to get some exercise. We did purchase a different seat that was recommended and it seems to work just fine.
I like the various programs, ride most days 10 minutes unless I'm riding on the road
We use this stationary bike to keep active. It is especially good when we aren't able to get our walk in during the day or if the weather is bad. It is just what we were looking for.
We use Stationary Bike every other day. On alternate days we use the Bellicon trampoline. Both pieces of equipment along with yoga mats and weights constitute our home gym - more than adequate for two seniors.
I have been bicycling for years & this is my first stationary bike & I'm loving it. I see only after a couple of uses, that this was money well spent. When it's cold out, raining or extremely windy, I can get on stationary bike and sync with courses from an app & ride just about anywhere. The built in timed training let's you choose you level of resistance which is also great for challenging yourself.
Bought the bike to use in conjunction with PT for my scoliosis issues and to get myself in shape to ride through our neighborhood come spring and summer. Bike is very comfortable, easy to use and extremely quiet.
My only complaint original seat was painful, I upgraded my seat extremely comfortable now.I love the bike. I use it every night and enjoy exercise again. I am 5ft fits me perfectly. Fits my budget. Takes up very little space. Great bike! Tip: upgrade seat in your purchase it's worth it and not expensive. The video is great for assembly!
