I've had it for a few days and I enjoy it. Putting it together was fairly simple. I feel it's sturdy enough. Not too many frills (no fan, no speaker) but I didn't need a lot of extra features. It's perfect for what I wanted it for: sit down and work out for 30-45 minutes a day so I can maintain my health. I'm quite happy with it. I have not subscribed to the apps that work with the bike so I can't review those.
I already had a Schwinn recumbent exercise bike with which I was satisfied, but I needed one at a second location. I was therefore aware of the Schwinn quality.
Easy to assemble and very good instructions (youtube video) and did it in just 2 hours. not my first recumbent bike and do like it.....peddles are very small and the straps will not go around a foot! The really disappointing thing is the screen/display.... totally useless!!!! You can not see it, forget about the Bluetooth and no instructions. I knew this and I use my iPad so this was not important to me...I fit itwell (I am big guy) and do like it! for the money it does the trick....unless you need and want a display
My screen doesn't light up? Can anyone help with that?
Screen hard to read Should it be backlit? How do I get it out of manual Is there a manual? All I got is a quick start manual which does not discuss how to use
I knew the screen wasn't backlit but thought the light in room would be sufficient. I was wrong. I can't get it to pair with my Fitbit. I've only come across 4 programs instead of the many they listed. You have manual with the resistance at whatever you set it at. You have interval with how long and resistance and you have challenge which has 2 hill climbing programs with timer and intensity. It says console can be muted but muted from what as I don't hear anything. It's not an easy switch between programs. I like to start on manual to warm up before going to interval which starts at the hard pedal level. But I have to stop everything and then reset to the new which interrupts the workout.

Briefly, if the bike worked in the manner it could (for some people apparently) it would be an excellent purchase. Our experience so far, is that despite a plethora of supposedly available programs, the bike's pedal resistance cycles endlessly from too slack to too difficult and back. Also it makes a constant light whirring sound, with a random louder grinding sound which sounds worrying. I called 'customer care' and as mainly told how to register for the warranty and call back after. We will try that when my wife is not at her office, because my hearing is compromised. As well there was no booklet enclosed on using the control console, I had to spend an hour online tracking down a download for it. If we can sort out these problems, it could be a much better bike than my cheaper 'Sunny' bike which has very minimal pedal resistance at the highest level.
Beware! While assembly is not too bad, the product looks and feels cheap. Then we turned it on only to discover the lowest resistance setting or any resistance setting is a high resistance setting. Its the weekend so I have yet to discover what adventures await me with Schwinn customer service and if they come through for us in a reasonable amount of time, I will happily revise my review.
Broke first 20 minutes of rideing it. The plastic wheel was coming apart and the drive belt was coming off
