This elliptical far exceeded my expectations. It's quite heavy and I did need assistance with assembly but it didn't take long to put together. The directions were easy to follow. I like that you have written instructions as well as the app. It makes assembly a breeze. It's very well made, sturdy, durable, and high quality. As a first time elliptical user I found it easy to use and learn. The fan is a nice addition and the screen is quite nice. You can really feel the burn as you workout. I love the ifit feature and the variety it offers. It helps get the whole family involved. Overall, I'm very pleased with this elliptical. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
Great elliptical, does take awhile to put together but smooth moving with numerous workout options. Thumbs up!
I really love this machine! I wasnt sure what to expect but its great! At first, it was squeaky, but I figured out the foot pedals wete on different settings. After that, I have had no issues with squeaks. It is a little noisy when it changes the incline but otherwise very quiet. What I like the most is following the IFIT trainers on hikes in different locations...Ive hiked Ecuador, the pyramids, France, Italy, Costa Rica, Utah, Montana and so many more places. I love how the resistance and elevation change to match the terrain you are virtually walking through. I highly recommend it!! Also, as a side note: I purchased this because I have foot pain from a (healed?) stress fracture when I walk outside. I continue to have that pain from outside walks but using the elliptical does not cause that pain. Sharing in case that helps anyone :)
Product is Exactly what I purchase, Not difficult to construct, and extremely durable.
This has become part of the routine in our home gym. I alternate every other day between this and m treadmill. The glide is smooth and the good pedals adjust up in the back making my feet sit much more comfortable for the ride. I am excited to continue to implement this in my weight loss journey. I received this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
I am happy with my purchase of first cardio fitness equipment, especially the one year iFIT membership. Be prepared for a couple hours of assembly. Fortunately my son in law was able to help. I would have been overwhelmed trying to do it solo. You do need 2 people to start.
Put the machine together on August 2nd. Used it for 15 minutes the next day and it has been broken since. Worked with their support ICON Fitness via email to determine the problem. They have order the part and tentatively schedule someone to come fix it. Up to this point I rate it as a lemon. If the upcoming maintenance doesn't fix the problem, I will be returning it to Sam's Club for a full refund.
Absolutely not worth the money! Go with a different brand. This one is not well made, parts came completely wrapped and packaged with damage and scuffs. Although they did say they'd replace the parts, they would not uphold their 1 yr iFit membership that was advertised at the time I purchased it! So it is a big waste! The free workouts do not stay on the machine, they randomly remove them! I should have just bought a Peloton bike or treadmill! Anything else to not deal with this company and their incredibly poor customer service and product!
Received the item few weeks after order. Assembled right roller arm Ok. While trying to install left roller arm found out that the left crank arm that attaches to left roller arm predrilled (M8X20mm screw) is poorly drilled and will not allow the screw(95) to go all the way. This will require replacement of a left crank arm that is being shipped. This component is beyond my capacity to replace. Factory tech will schedule a visit (3-4 weeks after original Tech call). Now I am awaiting for a call from Proform
The screen is bad in only one day. Dont buy it...
