Balloons arrive uninflated. Professional Helium inflation is available at most retail, grocery and party stores, or purchase a party size helium tank to inflate yourself. If the balloon is not flexible anymore, it is overinflated. To Prevent helium/air from escaping, tie your ribbon below the valve opening. Tying above where you fill the balloon may damage the valve and allow helium to escape. For air-filling foil balloons, an air-pump or straw can be used. If air-pump, one with an appropriate tip for Mylar balloons long and narrow, so not to tear the valve. Always dispose of balloons properly. Do not release balloons into air. Choking Hazard Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
