I just bought this about a week ago. It arrived on Sunday to my surprise. I was able to set up rather quickly! I am so happy I was finally able to realize my dream of owning an All In On Computer. No more Desktop Tower. My last Hp computer I owned for about 10 years. Clearly it was clearly time to upgrade. Very Modern & fast. Love the built-in camera at the top of the screen. It can disappear when necessary. I could go on and on but I won't. Now, I truly understand why this one always sells out! Just purchase you'll be glad you did!
Having had just laptops for many years for portability... I got tired of having the hinges break on particular models. This is the first all-in-one PC I ever bought, having full PCs or laptops in the past. I love how fast this one is and reliable. Though the keyboard and mouse were okay, I customized my setup for more comfortable usage. A great investment, and I would recommend this model to anyone looking to have a PC that doesn't take up too much space.
Just bought this and I absolutely love it. So much faster than my old computer. It does come in S mode, but that's security mode and you can disable it if you want too. Beautiful color also.
I've been looking for a replacement for my HP laptop (that is 7 years old, and still hanging in there!), and thought about trying a desktop since I really wasn't moving my laptop around. I wanted to stick with HP since that's what all my previous laptops have been so I know my way around, and that they last a long time, and was really happy to discover All-in-One desktops, since I don't have much room for a tower. I'm super pleased with this computer so far! I've had it for about two weeks, and it suits my needs perfectly. Right now I'm mainly just using it for browsing/streaming/etc. but I'm hoping to be able to use it to work from home soon. Set up was pretty simple; since I had a Microsoft account on my laptop it automatically transferred some things over, which was nice. It was a little bit of work to switch the browser from the default one, but while doing that the computer actually gave helpful tips/instructions about what I had to do to download the browser I wanted to use, so it was pretty easy after that! I love how much faster it is than my older laptop, the sound and graphics quality, and (while I haven't used it yet) the built in camera and microphone that can easily be hidden when not in use. This computer came with a keyboard and mouse, but I had a wireless set I wanted to use, and have had no problems with connection so far. Overall a really great All-in-One that suits my needs, and for sure worth the price. Hoping I get as much use out of it as I did my laptop!
I bought this to use for my online boutique! It's worked perfectly, it's super fast and I love the large screen size. I did purchase a wireless mouse and keyboard because I wanted to be able to be more flexible with my set up.
I hired a consultant from my previous office who helped me select and install this for my new (and semi-retired) home office. We were pleasantly surprised at the ease and speed of transferring years of office files and selecting my preferences. It's no coincidence that virtually ALL my office or home computers have been from HP and this 24" All-in-One may be the best yet!
I bought this all in one to replace a lemon Lenovo. I liked the idea of the all in one to save space. It's definitely a space saver, but it's a little noisy. And the camera is grainy. I'm not sure if it's user error, or if I picked a lemon computer again. I sure hope not because I need this for a zoom meeting in a couple of weeks. Maybe I will get used to the noise. Otherwise, it looks great and fits where I need it to. I have yet to set up and use the printer I ordered too...hopefully that will go well.
I love this PC because it's compact it doesn't take up a whole lot of space. My last one lasted over 11 years so that says a lot. The only thing I don't really like about this though is that I can't choose between Microsoft and chrome. You can only do one or the other not both. Which kind of sucks
Very cheap construction should have went with a pro or elite line. Over priced for the specs, due to the supply shortage at the moment should have convinced my customer to hold off for a bit. The biggest complaint however was the WINDOWS 10S junk that was loaded on this, it is a criminal thing that MS did and HP should have informed me it was installed on the sale page, for I would have not have bought this model.
Computer will not open 3.0 flash drive. Wanted to charge me for software support. Tha computer was days old. Came running windows S mode. Nowhere in sales info was that stated
