Amazing quality and it's very fast and the touch screen is just the icing on top. I highly recommend this for anyone that needs a desktop and it's not too big where it takes up your whole desk space.

Could not be happier with customer service either my mouse and keyboard that came with mine were defective and I wasn't exactly happy about having to go buy a cheap wired one for the time being. But I literally wrote one email to customer service and the next day before I even had a chance to respond they had my replacement shipped and it made it to me within a couple days! I couldn't ask for anything better than that! Not every single item is going to work properly that's technology! But what mattered to me is how the company handled the problem so quickly and professionally! And the product I have at the end of the day is perfect for my needs!! I'm so glad I picked this all in one , and the next time I'm in the market for anything to do with computers I'll be going with this brand for that very reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to buy a new computer because I wasn't able to access everything I needed on my laptop and the Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO 3i Intel works very well to get me where I need to be. It's very compact, which I love because I don't have a lot of space for it. It's not slow which was my biggest fear in buying a reasonably priced computer. It is worth the price I paid.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PROs: accurate touchscreen, available bay for an additional 2.5" drive with slide-in-place install, DVD writer, VERY FAST SSD and boot time, not much bloatware to remove, comfortable keyboard, storage bin built into base to keep track of flashdrives and the like, quiet fan even at high speeds, vivid color display CONs: only 2 USBv3 ports, which are located awkwardly in the rear-middle, no SD card reader, no USB-C port, mouse is uncomfortably flat, power LED is located on the back of the unit, speakers are subpar even with Dolby enhancements enabled I purchased a USBv3 hub with SD slot and USB-C adapter ($30), which fits nicely in the base storage tray. Also switched out the mouse for a more comfortable one ($12). If you don't mind this additional hardware you won't be disappointed, especially given the rapidly-shrinking market of AIOs.
