The hotspot is easy to manage and use. The hardest part of the whole setup was getting a live person at Verizon to set up account. Other than that the device is small and works great.
Worked as it should. Super fast startup easy to use. Just didn't keep it as Att service was stronger than Verizon
but just like I said I like them all in prepaid that way you got your financial aspect of it under control plus is very stylish
It works for what we need, but the battery dies quick so it needs to be charged everyday like a cell phone.

I didn't know that you had to buy a SIM card and what kind to buy. No instructions on how to setup came with it.
Do not buy! I brought 25GB, used less than 2GB on my first day. 2nd day there was an update that left me with ONLY 3.71GB. I prepaid $60 dollars and was only able to get 2 days worth of work due to the update sucking up all my data. Thats $30 dollars per day! I am not a verizon customer, I only bought this device for vacation. The photo is what I had left after the update, before the update I had 23GB, it was only day 2 and I was on vacation for a week.
Not activated when sold, store employees say they can't activate it. One person said if they refunded it it fries the device! Nothing but a run around.
