Pulsat Skeleton Ear Insert Suggested to anyone wearing an earpiece for more than 3 hours. .-Comfortable and can be worn for extended periods of time without discomfort .-Stays in place even with aggressive head movement .-Speech and sounds are transmitted clearly .-Completely covert with sound only going to your ear .-Available for left and right ear in 3 different sizes (sold as pairs) Installation: Insert the acoustic tube elbow into the outside connector hole of the Skeleton Ear Insert. Insert the Earpiece sound stem into the ear canal with the larger "teardrop" end of the Earpiece upward (see diagram). Press the half-round helix of the earpiece into the outer ear, adjusting as necessary. Clean up: You can remove body oil or build-up from your earmold with a dry paper towel. It is best to clean the ear-insert every 2-3 weeks. There is typically no benefit to removing the earmold from the audio coil for cleaning since this can break the seal between the audio tube and the elbow. Size recommendation: Small recommended for users under 5'6" Medium recommended for users 5'7" to 6'2" Large recommended for users over 6'3" Generally women wear Small size and the majority of men Medium size. If you are over 6"3 we suggest a Large size
