I took them daily for a month and can feel a difference in my energy level and overall wellness. I showed them to my dr and she agreed that these will be in my health plan from now on.

It's free of artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, dairy & fish allergens, high fructose, corn syrup, egg, allergen, and soy allergy. What else could you ask for in a pill. My one tip would be to take it after eating a meal.

They were easily swallowed and didn't have any strong vitamin smell like other vitamins can have. They seem to do the trick and I would definitely think about purchasing these in the future when I run out. They are also affordable and won't break the bank.
