Flinstone vitamins by Bayer have always been my go to vitamin. Recently I have swapped my kids to the gummies instead the chewable tablets, and two of my kids out of three spit them out and would not even chew them due to a bad taste. My third so. Loves them. I like that they have 0g of sugar, that’s probably why two of my boys were not fond of them. Overall I really like the vitamins, only dropped one star because of the taste.
My absolute favorite thing about these vitamins over thousands of others I've searched through.... None of the vitamins and minerals exceed the daily 100% recommended amounts. Sometimes, a little extra of some vitamins is no big deal, but there are a few that are dangerous to have too much of. So its a no-brainer for me. The only downsides... the artificial food coloring, and that there are a couple that it doesn't include, like choline, magnesium, and potassium. That said, we all know some vitamins compete to get absorbed, so you still need to at least try to eat right to get the rest...
I've been a Flinstones vitamin user for almost 50 years, first as a child and then I gave them to my children. They can't be beat. The flavor is not bad and I've never had a child not want to take them. They are basic crunchy vitamins and not the gummy ones with all sorts of additives. I believe they really do help keep us strong and healthy!
I've been giving my Son Flintstones with Iron for years (he's always had low iron), %26 have recently switched to the Flintstones Complete. He likes the taste just as well as the others, %26 they have as much iron as the Flintstones with iron, so thankfully, they help him not to bruise easily. I'm happy with them.
False advertising. States no dyes or soy allergen but label states otherwise when received. Also shows two separate product labels for product online which is deceiving.
I didn't notice these were different until my child said something about the colors being different. I checked the package and noticed they changed the formula again. Now they're using artificial flavors and dyes. We will be finding a different vitamin.
They keep showing thr advertisement and images that this vitmain has no artificial food color dyes in it and when I received the vitamins it clearly says it does on the ingredient list. Ridiculous.
Bayer changed the formula. Less iron and zinc now (important for immune function). Tastes terrible now too. Walmart has the old formula shown on the site which is why I bought them. I was unpleasantly surprised.
This clearly advertises no synthetic dyes or soy allergens, but then shows two separate and very different labels. When ordered, the second ingredient label is the correct one which clearly shows dyes and soy allergens. See photo attached
False advertisement!! Says no artificial dyes. That's a lie!! Blue %232, Red %2340 and Yellow %236. Only in the US something meant to make kids healthy comes loaded with chemical.
