great value for the price
just hard to beat Bar S lunch meat ,like everything they have and prices these day's it's my go to for hot dogs, bologna.
This bologna has so much better flavor than the higher priced nationally advertised bologna. Neither are health food…SO, give me great flavor with this Bar S rather than tasteless pink round stuff that's 4 times the price.
I like and enjoy the flavor and consistency of this bologna. Each bologna slice is fresh and contains a considerable amount of product. I prefer the thick version instead of the thin one because I am the only one at home that consumes bologna and it helps me prevent it from going bad over time. When I purchased the thin version I noticed that, since I don't consume it often and I am the only one that eats eat, the rest of the product starts developing a creamy white substance on the meat, which I believe means that it is going bad, so that is why I preferred to switch to the thick bologna. Personally, in my case, the thick bologna lasts less in my fridge which prevents it from going bad. I would only like to advise other shoppers to keep the product refrigerated to keep it fresh. Also, try to only touch the slices that are about to be consumed and avoid touching the rest for it to do not get germs and/or bacteria and spoil faster. I almost forgot to mention that the price is very affordable. I also like that the Walmart stores in my city are always stocked.
I buy this over and over again. It's just perfect ! Although I wouldn't want to be forced to eat bologna sandwiches every day, there's nothing like a good bologna sandwich once every couple of weeks :-) This thick bologna is what I like - the seasonings are mild and good tasting too.

I had home delivery and out of 3 packages I ordered 1 item was slit opened and bologna smelled rot and was no good. How shopper could not see that is beyond me. Didn't call to complain but am very skeptical of delivery now!!!
I'm refusing the substitution for this product!
