This litter scooper is great. Long, sturdy, works well and easy to disinfect.
Long handle is helpful so I don't have to have my face in the box! Durable! Quality material. And the pointy edge makes it easy to scrape the bottom of the litter box. Thanks

I love it has a long handle. It gets a good amount of litter with each scoop. I would have given it 5 stars if I knew the quality will last. I hope it does.
This is the second Petmate Litter Scoop I have purchased. It accomplishes the task and the longer handle is nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because if the litter is thick or hard, the handle is prone to cracking. I can compensate for this by holding lower on the handle, but it would be nice if the handle was more sturdy.
Overall I think the size and design are good, I like the length of the handle and the size and shape of the scoop are good. But as mentioned by others the scalloped edge does break up clumps which I don't like. Also, while it may be "built to last" the handle on mine broke after 3 months use, so I guess "last" is a relative term. I'm on the fence as to if I would buy another to replace this broken one. Don't care for all the others I've seen but disappointed with the longevity of the 'Ultimate Litter Scoop'.
I just bought this and it's been horrible to scoop with. The structure seems sound but the scalloped edge is horrible for scraping the bottom of the litter box. It breaks the stuck on clumps to pieces making it hard not to mix it back into the other litter.
The item was broke . Big hole in the middle . Horrible . Don't worth the money . Vê meu poor poor quality.
Purchased to replace litter genie scoop - but width is 6 inches, not 4 as stated in the listing currently. Can't use it for that reason. Slots are also very wide, smaller clumps would have no trouble falling through. Front edge is sort of serrated, which isn't pictured but would have been good to know. Easy to return (never used, just measured width).
