Love love love this product please bring it back can't find it anywhere
My wife is so mad that cover girl discontinued the cobalt blue eye pencil. She has been using it for years. Not every woman uses black or brown eye liners. It is a shame that every store or some specific stores can't carry just one facing of this pencil. Why discontinue a good product just because it is not black or brown. I am writing this because my wife is so mad she might wright something that she regrets saying later on.

I have been using Cobalt Blue for EVER! Why would you discontinue this?! I hate black n brown! PLEASE bring it back!!!
I have used so many Covergirl products and among my favorites are the mascaras of eyelashes, they are light, of brushes that allow a natural rizad and the best thing is the durability of the product if we know how to take care of it from the first day of use.

it is very nice product to use and it looks very nice and I even used it at home and I advise you to buy it because it is perfect, I want to buy it again because it is very nice and beautiful and my mother uses it too and my friends and I think it is very beautiful
I did not like this eyeliner as much as my usual, due to the fact that it turned out a bit messy for me trying to do winged liner...So, I would not buy it again, but I do not necessarily think it is an entirely awful product-- it may be just right for you!!! It does have decent pigment, so it's not thin by any means.
Meh…not impress, it the same as any other pencil eye liner..not worth the price
I used to buy this eyeliner all the time when I first started to use makeup. It's easy to use, applies well, is really cheap, and the product itself will last you a long time. The only down side that I thought it had was that around mid-day the liner started to smear and smudge. The other end is a smudger that you can use to blend out the look, but I never used it or got the hang of it. By the end of the day your eye liner will definitely need to be re-applied. Overall you can't go wrong in picking one of these up, the black brown color is very pretty and not too harsh of a black.
