Plantronics make a well design wireless phone in all ways, except the headset cord. I've been using these models for over 10 years now. Replacing batteries is expected, but each phone has gone through 2 or more headset replacements because the wire breaks at the plug or restraining notch. It needs redesigning.
The light-up end piece broke after a year where as the previous version is still alive and kickin'
WAS VERY UNHAPPY. IT WAS HEADSET IN PIECES NO PAPER WORK.LOOK LIKE GOT IT AT YARD SALE.RETURNED !!NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
This product breaks within a year. After getting the replacement once,it again broke within a year and this time, I am no longer in warranty. I would not recommend to spend your money such an over expensive product
