My skin in the wintertime develops dry patches, and typically in the spring taking allergy medicine really takes its toll as well. This year it hasnt happened. After using this for months, my skin is more supple, moisturized, and healthier. This is a really product and an excellent value for your money.
Been taking this with Biotin for about 6 months. Feel better, have more energy, and my hair and nails have both improved. Hair is thicker and growing really fast. Nails no longer peel are harder and also grow faster.
After trying other hair, skin, and nails supplements, focusing on my Biotin intake, Collagen is obviously what I needed. My nails are growing and stronger. My skin looks radiant! I was hesitant about the quality of a Walmart supplement but this one has proven to be just as good as other more costly brands!
At first I did not see any change, but at the end of the bottle (after almost 3 months, using one tablet daily) both my skin and hair seem to be noticeably better, smoother and rejuvenated. I ordered the second bottle and also additional bottles for my mom and other family members.
I have been using this for almost 4 weeks. I used 3 tablets in the morning empty stomach although recommendation is 3 tablets twice daily. I have seen glow on my face and improvement in my skin . But I haven't seen any change in hair fall frequency . My hair is still failing like earlier . Overall recommended for skin than for hair
It's good collagen for skin hair nails etc but I should have read the label closer to see that you are supposed to take 6 a day of these to get full advantage which makes this 20 day supply a little priceyrainy
I'm 83 years old and in good health. But as you age your systems start to change and slow down. Taking 3 of these capsules daily has made a demonstrable difference in my finger nails and my hair. Until I started with the collagen regimen I did not realize how dull and lifeless looking they were. The positive effects started almost at once. My hair shines and has real body; and my nails, even my cuticles, are stronger and smooth again.
I Just got it. Smells like toe jam, taste is bad too but I hope it works. They were sold out of the collagen+C which worked well for me. No smell. So I got this. It's smells, is why I gave 3 stars. Did I mention it smells?
I received the pills and they came with little dots and a funky smell
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING A PILL CUTTER BEFORE TAKING THESE PILLS. They are ridiculously HUGE! I wind up in the ER. After the pill being stuck in my throat for over an hour. With sticking my finger down my throat, gagging, vomiting, drinking two bottles of Spring Water (room temperature), being so full of fluids my body naturally caused me to vomit. We had to call the paramedics. Dr. gave me Meds to numb my throat. Needless to say PLEASE be very careful with taking these pills. I don't know why Spring Valley would create such a huge pill. Don't they know how narrow the esophagus is?? They will be going in the garbage. Not worth the risk of losing your life choking to death...
