I bought this as a gift for my mother. I remember her using them for all kinds of soups and chili when I was a kid. She moved out of state and left them behind when she and my dad divorced. I was surprised they still made these and when she got them in the mail, she was so excited and the cups came with a soup mix which she said was delicious, the best chicken noodle soup she ever had! The gift set reminded me of a fond child hood memory and I was so glad the quality and size of the soup cups were identical to those she had when I was young. It was like giving her back a piece of her past. I can't wait to visit her and eat her homemade soup out of those cups. The price was unbeatable! I bought these at Christmas time as a bundle with another gift set. I got the soup and cups for $10.00 but the bundle was ($20) which worked out great because I got my dad something he loves in the bundle also. All around great product in every way.
Arrived just before new years eve. Undamaged, with good shipping protection. They are exactly like the ones my Memaw had and it made my New Year to be able to have a set of my own.
I bought this as a present and now I don't want to give it away. Excellent product wish I would have order more.
These are microwave and dishwasher safe and are great for soup (or ceareal!) I love the recipies on them!
SO CUTE, all were perfect except one that chipped a little bit, but that's the shippers fault, not Walmarts!
I got these to give as a gift to my mother. She had a set like this before and they were lost when she moved. I was familiar with this product and it is a good value for the money. I would recommend it highly. Although the soup that comes with it well, it wasn't too tasty but it was what I expected.
I used this product to create a basket using only 2 cups and soup box and I bought another soup box and put the other 2 cups for another basket. I was able to create 2 gifts with this gift set. I also added other items pertaining to product.
One of my mugs was broken upon receipt. I bought as a gift to my daughter, who loves it and just wants the full set of mugs. Can't find it to order another one. Whoever designed the package should be able to tell the front of the mugs sticks out beyond the width of the box so therefore is very likely to be damaged. Super disappointed in an otherwise adorable set.
Came with one of the mugs broken, and the side of the box damaged. Looks like it was handled improperly prior to shipping, because the shipping box itself wasn't damaged. There's also a line of sticky tape holding the mugs to the packaging, which is a pain to get off.
My one star is for my disappointment in Walmart shipping and packaging. The soup bowls gift set looked so cute on the website. I was so excited when placing my orders. But to my disappointment, they arrived broken in pieces. See pictures. I do not have the time to go and stand in line at Walmart to do an exchange, nor being on hold for more than an hour with a Walmart customer rep. Guess I'll take a loss on this order.
