I bought this for my husband (the barbecue king). We love it. The assembly wasn't expected but it was simple to do. We put it together in less than a half hour and the King sits on his thorne with his favorite beverage resting in the holder. Buy this for your King..it's well worth the money.
I like that fact that you could use this for many things. It would be good to store dog food. I like the storage and the fact that it is a stool. You have can have everything in reach for a nice bar-b-cue.
Fairly easy to put together. Works great for my small patio as stool, storage space is an added bonus
This was just what I expected, It went together quickly and gives me a dry place to store the charcoal and other things I need on my deck.
I think it is great storage for grilling items. My husband grumbled that the assembly was a bit irritating but he got it together.
Basically the stool was what I thought it would be. It's not tricked out, it is not outdoor "furniture". It is a stool that can hold all/most of your BBQing needs. Since it is an outdoor item, I can appreciate the mostly one-piece plastic construction, but in MHO the stool could have been designed for at least a little bit of comfort, vs. being a butt prop. I do search the internet for prices, and Walmarts was the best. I can't remember if I had a promo code at check out, but I did opt for in-store deliver/pick-up. The stool cost me $48 and with tax, I was out the door for $52.32. If you can buy for what I got it for, go for it... it actually isn't worth more than $50.
I really liked the stool, but it was a little difficult to put together - it was hard to put the screws in on the top of the stool. I like the sturdiness of it and the slide out cup holder. Best of all was being able to pick it up at my local Walmart and not pay for shipping. I would definitely use that option again.
My husband loved this gift! The storage is great and everything stays dry inside......the only problem I had was the handle was broke when the item was shipped, considering that I live overseas it wasn't worth it to send it back, it was a disappoinment that it wasn't secured more inside the box. With that being said we still love it even without the handle.
If you have small hands you wouldn't have a problem putting the screws in underneath to attach the top that holds the cup holder & doubles as the seat. It was ridiculous & after 30 minutes you get it put on! For something to be so helpful for grilling it was a PAIN!!! Why things have to be made so difficult anymore I don't know but I would not recommend this. It was supposed to be a gift but ended up being a PAIN!
This was difficult to assemble and missing parts.
