I wish I had understood that I would not have access to all of the apps on this phone. I have the wrong plan - guess I will have to change that! Phone arrived in a timely manner and was well packed and did not have any damage. It was half the cost of the phones offered by T-Mobile. Works great and I would recommend it to my friends.
Too bad I had to pay an extra 10.00 for the T-mobile version.

Its a great phone at a great price.
It is a good phone but once you install Facebook and Facebook messenger you are nearly out of memory.
The phone as far as looks is a decent phone. My husband and I both have one and we both experience the phone locking up. You have to turn the phone off and back on IF it will let you.. Most times I end up having to take the battery out and put it back in. The memory sucks too! It takes awesome pics and when it isn't locking up at least once a week it's an ok phone.
This phone did not work well for me! it did not keep a charge for long & 10 hours later I was charging it again & I never even used it once!! I'm having a awful time trying to send it back! they dont answer their phones!!! can someone help me??
If you don't have anything else to do but babysit a phone then this is the one you want to buy. I can't turn it on and make a call or check my email without having to cool off the CPU, boost the battery and clean the memory. It is a constant"job" and it's extremely annoying. A phone is meant to serve not be served everytime you need to use it. I would love if the company would take it back and sell me a smartphone.
I had this phone for 6 months and it worked great then all of sudden if I turned the phone off it wouldn't turn back on using the power button nor would the charge work either. In order to turn it on I had to take the back off and take the battery out and put it back in. I sent it back to LG twice and each time they claimed they fixed it but both times almost immediately after putting the battery back in the day it was returned to me if I turned it off I could not turn it back on. So I decided to just leave the phone on which for the most part avoided the power on problem now the phone has a problem with losing audio. I've asked LG to replace the phone but so far they have refused. I wouldn't buy another LG phone if it was the last phone on earth. The LG K7 A330 is a piece of junk!! Buyer beware!!
