The best pencils my very favorite !!
Love these! Very smooth and comfortable writing. The lead moves with the pressure that's applied while writing. Very cool.
I have been using these or years. I absolutely love them. They are great writing tools. They don't hurt my hand. They aren't messy. The erasers actually work without creating a mess.
Started using these while in college in the 80's. Always a sharp point. Easy to control the length of lead. Lead does not break easily. Give them a try!
I've used these pencils for 20 or more years and depended on them. This batch writes so light I can hardly read it. The same name, lead %23 and USA as place of origin are printed on it in the same fonts. Nothing looks different but they aren't the same. It's not a Walmart issue tho' - it's a PaperMate issue so it this review is of Walmart. . . delivery was very quick %26 price is great.
The pencils were more like %233 than %232. I have some previous Papermate Sharpwriter %232 an they are more like I'm used to finding %232 pencils.
these pencils used to be great but the last few boxes were duds. when I try to write the lead just falls out so I can't use them at all.
I've used these for years. These same brand and lead ordered. New ones are lightweight flimsy and the lead is weaker. sad loss of quality.
Don't buy this new design/model. This is a new "enhancement" of these pencils per the company. The lead is too hard and therefore is too light to be seen on paper. Completely unsatisfactory writing experience. The company is sending replacements of a different brand with a darker lead to "try" while they report this feedback to their team. Don't buy them, they aren't the ones you're used to anymore.
Normally LOVE these pencils, they have been my "go to " for years, the last ones I bought, the color was different (okay NBD) but the lead is SO different! they barely make a mark, and are too light, almost like a hard leaded pencil instead of a soft lead
