Love My TV

The TV came perfectly wrapped with no scratches or damages. After mounting, very little to no adjustments were needed. It seems to auto adjust picture quality. It was noticed that there are sound differentials between stations/pictures and the sound has to be adjusted up or down. Especially while viewing streaming apps. Unlike the 55 inch. Not sure why that is. Other than that, enjoying the TV quality.

Works perfect! 4k everything yay

very large tv.. happy with the purchase and so far have ran it for 8 hours, not warm at all and downloaded multiple streaming service that normally isn't available on streaming devices.. definitely going to be cancelling our Direct TV as its no longer needed.. love it

Easy set up and great picture

I got the TV a few days after I ordered it. It came in a pakage with with only the necessary accessories to set it up fully. The TV although it is 55" horizontal is very lightweight. It is approximately 60% lighter that the 46" 10 y.o. Samsung TV that I replaced. The assembly and set up was very easy. The picture quality is great and it easily connete to the Google Fire Stick. I would recommend this TV.

Network Internet disconnects daily/ Good Tv

I purchased 2 of these in store for the BF price after I ordered them twice online and both times I would get a Cancelled by Wal-Mart email. They said "oops, sorry these things happen" twice? Stating they were out of stock. When I went into the store they had almost 20 in the store! Anyway, onto my TV review. The picture quality on both are amazing, sound is decent. Kind of short produced with only 2 hdmi ports and no other input type available. I bought a 4 port hdmi adapter to remedy the lack of hdmi inputs. The biggest CON to these TV is that the internet disconnects every day and I have to reset the network if I want to use the Smart Hub features (Apps). It get very annoying. I have two other 4k Samsung TV and they stay connected with out daily disconnects. I guess they put in a garbage network wireless adapter in this model. Again, I purchased 2 of the same 58" TV and same model and both have the same problem. Other than that, they are great TV's.

Problem with removing plastic covering on new TV.

I just purchased this TV. Walmart service was great. I was removing the protective plastic from the TV and pulled a section that connected to the tv screen. It's about 28 inches long and 1/2 an inch wide. That is snow white with no picture in that space. I need help with this problem. Thanks in advance.

Horrible customer service

arrived broken and the box beat up and on top of that now I have to take the tv back to store for the quickest refund process and when I looked online the tv price went up now so even if I was to buy it I would be paying more.Totally unsatisfied.I also cut my hand on glass even like this is ridiculous.The eve. crazier thing is they don't have any in stock either so I can't even just go swap it out.

Bad TVs or Bad Shipping?

I've ordered this exact same TV three times. The first two artived with cracked screens and the third one has a dead spot as shown in the pic. Not sure if these issues are due to horrible shipping or a bad batch of TVs Wal-Mart is dumping at a reasonable price. I will never buy another TV from Wal-Mart but I'm over packing and shipping bad units. I'll see if they will give a partial refund and provide an update of possible. Bummed, again....

Defective screen

Do not buy this TV . Do not waist your money and time . I ordered this TV twice and 2 times it's came with defective screens . I spend my time calling to customer service and their CSR do not even know how to process returns correctly .I have to call back several times to get my money back . Bad quality, bad customer service. Very disappointed!

Disappointed/Frustrated

I had the same issues as several people recently with this tv. I’ve received 2 and both were broken. The first tv was different from the 2nd so not sure what’s going on there either. Wal Mart is trying to get me to package it back up and return it to a location for a third time. Missed all of the other possible Black Friday and cyber Monday deals at this point and I’m 8 months pregnant. I’m beyond frustrated and don’t have the energy to wait another 2 weeks to get another television. This will be the first and last time I order a large electronic from WalMart online.
