[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these vitamins. As a menopausal woman, we need all of the vitamins that we can get. These cover all of the bases. I took them daily for a month and can feel a difference in my energy level and overall wellness. I showed them to my dr and she agreed that these will be in my health plan from now on.

It's free of artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, dairy & fish allergens, high fructose, corn syrup, egg, allergen, and soy allergy. What else could you ask for in a pill. My one tip would be to take it after eating a meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've taken these before and love them. It is nice to have a complete vitamin to supplement me when I'm not eating the best. As long as I take them with food I don't get an upset stomach and they are easy to swallow.
I'm 24 and eat a pretty healthy rounded vegan diet so supplements are more of a choice for me. I really appreciate such a well rounded multi vitamin. Has all your daily values in it so you don't need to take other supplements. I used to take 6 supplements (13 pills daily) and now I can just take this one with exceptions to my milk thistle which I only use intuitively. My only qualm is the size, it's on the thicker side so I would really only recommend if you're used to taking pills already or else it'll be bit of a hard swallow to get used to. No strong smells or lingering aftertaste which is a plus. $8 for more than 3 months supply? I'll definitely be repurchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this supplement from Influenster and I'm going to give my honest opinion: I've been taking it for a few days and along with food and liquid hydration I've noticed my skin is better because it has Vitamins A, C, D, E, Selenium and Zinc. I liked the size of the tablet.
These used to be my go to everyday multivitamin, but they've changed the formula! There are a higher percentage of certain vitamins/minerals now but Vitamin K, Manganese, and Chromium have all been removed. While I do appreciate that they are smaller pills, I wish they would have kept the actual ingredients the same, or at least similar. The new formula has a higher percentage of B vitamins as well, which means that I have to take it in the morning or I won't be able to fall asleep easily. Unlike the old formula that I could take at almost any time and be okay. I'm going to finish this new bottle that I've got, but then I'm going to have to find a new multivitamin unfortunately.
