Easy to chew, holds up well when shipped in harsh environs, pleasant taste. Not an ideal option if you are on a carb restricive diet or if you have household members who can't resist items that look and taste like candy. Remember, certain vitamins can be harmful or even fatal if consumed in large enough doses (small children).
These have helped me be healthier thru a long winter season. and they taste great - like eating a gumdrop.
I received a complimentary bottle of Vitafusion Omega-3 Gummy and absolutely love them. These gummies helps support heart health and I always wanted to take Omega-3, however with some of the vitamins that I tried I always had an aftertaste and I stoped taking them immediately. However, these gummies are different. They taste great, so easy to take, you don't have NO AFTERTASTE and no side effect. You need to get your Omega 3's and this is a tasty way to do it. I don't usually like 'gummy' candy but these are delicious!

I usually don't get gummies. The texture just isn't for me. But these are wonderful! And the flavors are tasty! Since I need Omega-3 I am glad I found these.
I used to take the liquid gel pills, but they would give me indigestion with a fishy taste. This doesn't happen with these gummies. I will not go back to those liquid gel pills again.
I've always taken Fish Oil capsules to get my Omega-3 EPA and DHA. I found that I often fell off the wagon due to the bad fish aftertaste and general discomfort this provided. Vitafusion Gummies, while providing some of the recommended amount, do not give me the bad aftertaste or any discomfort. In fact, it's quite the opposite, these are pleasant-tasting gummies that are easy to chew. You only need to take two per day, which will give you, according to the label 100 mg of Omega-3, and 50 mg each of EPA and DHA, which is what you are after when taking the Fish Oil. This is not as much as is recommended but it is better that you get some than if you discontinue the unpleasant fish oil capsules! These gummies also include a few other vitamins. Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Vitamin E, are only 20 calories per serving and are Gluten-Free! An excellent, great-tasting supplement to add to your daily routine! I received a free sample of these as part of the Gummy Vitamin VIP Group but this is my honest, unbiased review. I am a huge fan of the vitafusion line of gummies; afterall they do "make nutrition taste good". However, I was not a fan of these Omega-3s. First, I would describe these more as "jellies" than "gummies" so the taste and texture were not what I've come to expect from a gummie supplement. Also I know they are Omega-3 and these gummies do not completely disguise the taste and smell of fish oil. But these gummies are a portable and convenient way to get my daily source of omega 3 in 2 gummies. They are naturally flavored, gluten free, and help support heart health so they are still a good alternative for those who do not enjoy taking fish oil capsules. This arrived as one big glob, so in other words it is totally useless. I was extremely angry when I finally received it. It was held up in one of the shipping sites for over 48 hrs. before they actually decided to ship it. The problem is who is at fault: the shipping company, Walmart, or the manufacturer? I do not know who would actually take responsibility for this. My next step is to no longer purchase items such as this for delivery to home. My advice to consumers that purchase a product like this for shipment to home; be aware that this is a possibility and to limit the chances by actually buying it in the store in person or having it shipped to the store for pick-up by you. That way you refuse it if it is damaged.
