This is the second suitcase Victrola I've purchased for a gift. One for my 38 year old daughter and one for my granddaughter's 16th birthday. They both loved it. The variety of colors and patterns made it easy to fit both age ranges. I only have a photo of the one I gave my daughter in the teal. The quality and sound is great. I would recommend this product.
I bought this turntable for my mother's 96th birthday, she and my dad had a lot of records. She recently found them in the store room. Brought back a lot of fond memeories, especially since dad passed .
Very nice product. Good sound, simple to use. I use it for a children's program and the kids were awestruck! Had a small issue and customer service was amazing.
I'm very happy with the product....now I can lusten my old lp records!!!!
Its amazing and a for a 45$ record player its great it my first one
I bought this for my granddaughter, along with some Christmas records from the thrift store. All of Christmas day she played songs for us (Bing Crosby sounded like a chipmunk when she forgot to switch from 45 back to 33 rpms) the sound is terrific! Even the skips and scratches!! You dont hear those anymore in a digital copy :) . An insert for 45s is included along with an extra needle. The only drawback is that you can't connect a bluetooth wireless speaker or headphones. It can ACT as a wireless speaker but having the reverse capability would go a long way to making it awesome.
Bought this for my 12yr old son for Christmas, and he loves it. It is perfect for him because he has a smaller room and likes to listen to music in different locations anyway. I didn't expect anything amazing for this price, but it's a fantastic starter turntable for my budding music lover. Well worth the price point, but if you lean more towards audiophile, you of course will want to consider another turntable.
I am very pleased with my red portable suitcase record player. It is everything I was looking and the price was good. The only problem I have is with shipping. The box was over size for my little portable record player. I'm praying that it will continue to play my albums and 45 records. The case was moving around in that big over size box. So in case it stops working I will know what cause it to stop working. When the packers are putting the merchandise in the box they need to pick the right size box. We are the customers who are counting on our merchandise being delivered carefully. So please continue to take care of the customers. We like doing business online instead of coming into the store. It saves time, money, and gas. So if I received another package that was not carefully package. I will stop ordering online and come to the store. Making sure my merchandise arrives home safely. Thank you Walmart.
Sent wrong cord, and when I got a cord that did fit, the thing is dead. Not to mention the return window is short and my son opened it for his birthday 3 days after the window closed. Do not buy this junk. Thanks for taking my money.
My son had been requesting a record player for Christmas just as soon as requests were being taken lol so I did some asking around read some online reviews and because of the numerous positive reviews I saw in reference to the Victrola brand we decided to go with this model. To say this purchase was a disappointment would be an understatement. It arrived but was missing parts. It didn't have correct power cord that actually went with the player that was in the box and the cord that was provided was actually a cord that was made the complete opposite way meaning the record player has a female end which requires a male ended power cord but the cord included also had a female end leaving the power source useless. Tried to using a power cord we already had from similar product and was able to power it in but even once powered on it wouldn't do anything besides make a clicking and scratching sound. The needle was also missing from box but instead the place where it should have been just had empty bubble wrap taped into insides. Extra frustrated and disappointed as this was the second victrola purchased because unfortunately we purchased one for Christmas only to find it didn't operate properly so this was supposed to be a replacement to the one I bought my son for Christmas.
