I recently tried the Tums Smoothies and I have to say they are pretty great. They are not hard and chalky like some antacids are. Within seconds after taking 2 of them my heartburn was gone. These are perfect for on the go traveling. I keep some in my car, purse, backpack, and first aid kit. I prefer the taste of the smoothies over the original flavor. I was waiting for the opportune moment to use this product and low and behold it came to my rescue after indulging in some state fair food! A little backstory, I no longer have a gallbladder which blesses me with a sensitive stomach. This product did wonders for me in my time of need. I think the flavor is far tastier than the original tums. Within about half hour after taking them my stomach cramping had subsided and I was able to go about my day. This is my first time using TUMS Smoothies and I am pretty impressed! First off, they actually taste really good; each has a light creamy, fruit flavor. These are easy to chew and have a soft, creamy texture going down, not the least bit chalky. The most important thing, they work extremely quickly! Tums Smoothies Assorted Fruit are an improvement over previous Tums products I have used. They are bigger around but thinner which makes them easier to dissolve, they almost melt in your mouth. The fruity flavors are great, not too potent but not too mild. They still have a slight chalky taste but it is very minimal, and they do not leave an aftertaste in my mouth. I am not on a gluten-free diet but I do try to limit my gluten. I appreciate that these are gluten-free and a great source of calcium too!
