I recently tried the Tums Smoothies and I have to say they are pretty great. They are not hard and chalky like some antacids are. Within seconds after taking 2 of them my heartburn was gone. They taste pretty good for an antacid. I would recommend them to anyone work occasional heartburn. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
These are perfect for on the go traveling. I keep some in my car, purse, backpack, and first aid kit. I prefer the taste of the smoothies over the original flavor. They help with my heartburn and upset tummy. They are priced well and I take them every place I go. I highly recommend keeping some with you.
I had not heard of the Tums Smoothies assorted fruit chewable tablets, extra strength before trying. I love the fruit flavors & find the chewable tablets not to be that chalky taste that you find so often in chewable tablets. And as an added bonus it works fast, with quick relief! The cocoa creme was your best flavor yet. Why did you discontinue it? I'd be willing to pay a bit more for that one if you bring it back. Not only did it do the job, it was smooth and yummy!
I have used Tums for years and am totally sold on the smoothies, but lately I have not been able to find the Chocolate Cookies and Creme flavor, which was our family favorite. Am trying mixed berry...not neary as good. I see now they are maybe discontinued? Can you make tham again please or I am looking elsewhere! Thank you.
Love the product, but am very disappointed that the cocoa and cream variety is no longer available. I don't like fruit flavors, and sometimes peppermint is not my preference.
Finally, an antacid I don't mind taking! I love the taste and texture of the Smoothies. No more crunching, and they rinse out of the mouth more easily. I've tried 3 flavors, and liked them all.
Tums Smoothies Assorted Fruit are an improvement over previous Tums products I have used. They are bigger around but thinner which makes them easier to dissolve, they almost melt in your mouth. The fruity flavors are great, not too potent but not too mild. They still have a slight chalky taste but it is very minimal, and they do not leave an aftertaste in my mouth. I am not on a gluten-free diet but I do try to limit my gluten. I appreciate that these are gluten-free and a great source of calcium too!
