[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't gotten a new TV in 5 years because I thought 4K is just 4K. Boy was I wrong! There's a huge jump from a regular 4K TV to this Samsung QLED! Picture: absolutely stunning! There's so many options and modes to choose from that you can make any show or game perfect! Sound: blown away by the sound! Movies sound like you're in a theater and games are even more immersive! Interface: major upgrade from my 5 year old TV. Samsung has put a lot of work into making the UI intuitive and crazy fast! The rechargeable solar remote is also really cool. I'd recommend this TV to anyone that doubts 4K hasn't changed in the past few years, it's come a long way!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new Samsung Q80 AA 4K tv. The picture quality is amazing and so clear. Like you are right there. I love the art display and use it when the tv isn't on. The remote is solar powered and doesn't require batteries so that's a huge bonus. There is a voiced activated guide and it fairly easy to navigate. My favorite feature is the ability to adjust the tv viewing according to the light in your room. The sound quality is wonderful as well. I just wish the base was able to tilt left to right but it's not a big deal. All the apps are great! Very happy!

The baseball game is great with vibrant color and the speed of the processor is fast! Crazy good watching movies and really enjoying his television!. Samsung has really out done . Set up was easy right out of the box! Pretty simple and it connects to your phone which is great as our older TV did none of these things! The remote is easy to use and control the TV! it is slim and sleek! Great remote its light weight!

The movies and views of it are totally worth it I recommend this TV. The TV was very easy to install! You do need two people to get it out of the box! The remote is nice and sleek! No blind spots or glare. The sound (Quantum dot) is incredible and travels with the picture. It comes with Samsung TV which is a subscription free TV service with over a 150 channels and growing! The remote control is solar powered and charged by the lights in the home! No more looking for batteries. I love the on screen TV guide as well the built in voice control. You can change the channel, search for content, control smart home devices using just your voice. The screen can also be customized to display graphics or artwork when not in use. There is so much this television is capable of including mirroring your Samsung phone screen with the tap of a button! I've only had this television for a little over a week and I'm looking forward to making new discoveries as I learn what else this television is capable of doing! Samsung has thought of everything and put a lot of innovation and experience into the consumers viewing experience. I am very pleased with this model! I never knew how much I was missing out on before this television arrived. I can not wait to rediscover gaming with this advanced technology! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The more time I spend watching movies or TV shows on this immaculate piece of technology the more I've come to realize that this "tv" is way more than what I was expecting. It was giving me movie theater experiences and immersion into what I was watching like no other. Going through the settings and adjusting the picture as I see fit. It also gives little reminders from time to time like time for your daily work. I recommend this product out of the box and I definitely recommend it if you personalize it for your viewing Note that all of my experiences so far are without additional audio.All audio currently comes from the TV itself
i opened the box today, got it mounted and hooked up and turned on and updated. so far picture is very good and for me it will be a learning curve which i expected. my problem which i will try to post a pic is that on the front left of the screen there is a small bar code label that looks to be difficult to remove and has some residue that i do not know how to get off without damaging the screen. i tried a chat but will apparently need to call someone during business hours. i really can't believe a sticker like this was placed on the front.
the tv had screen defects! i had to return it. it was a waste of time and effort!
really disappointed. i bought this tv and it had bad light bleeding that is very distracting in a darkened room (which is mostly when we watch). i returned the first one thinking it was a defect, and the new one has the same thing. terrible!
My TV had dead pixels appear in the middle of the screen 368 days after purchase or in other words 3 days outside of warranty. After talking with support I will be on the hook for paying to get it repaired which is hundreds of dollars for a new screen. DO NOT BUY, if this was an isolated incident they would cover the repairs. This screams that it is a common problem they cant afford to cover.
