It was a great purchase, and long over due. Thanks.
This shredder is used for home use and it is perfect for that. It feeds the paper in very quickly and is quieter than the last shredder I had. It has all the standard features (auto shut-off; turns off when it gets too warm, etc). The only negative thing is that the opening to put the paper in is just the size of a standard sheet of paper, so if you're putting in multiple pages, they have to be aligned perfectly to fit in. But that doesn't really bother me, but might if I had to put in a voluminous amount. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great price, but the plastic paper container is light gauge and too flimsy when handling the container to remove the paper. Care must be taken in handling to avoid damage.
The container is just a bit weak...could be made out of a stronger plastic. Otherwise, works great for our needs.
Shredder works well, I just have to remember to give it a break for a large shredding project (like cleaning out old bills) so I work for about 5 to 8 minutes then stop to allow machine to cool. The waste bin is clumsy and gets paper on the floor when you open it to empty it.
Very disappointed with this product. You can only use the product for 6 minutes before it shuts off and then have to wait for 25 for it to reset!. Dare not put more than 2 sheets in to shred because it bogs down. Also, you have to turn it off unplug and manually clear out the paper from the cutters it jams up. The little plastic "window" in the front popped out and could not get in back it. Very cheaply made. Do not recommend this product to anyone!
Ordered this shredder because it had separate cutters for paper, CD's and credit cards. What came was totally different. Only one slot. Had the right model number on the carton, but was not as pictured on Walmart's website. I did the ship to store so did not accept the product. My money was credited back on my card on the spot.
Brought back, picture on line was different than what I got, said shreds cd's.. Wouldn't! Went to Staples got what I wanted!
