First unit was defective when received from Walmart. Got a replacement unit from APC. The new unit resolved flickering and signal interruption issues with my LED TV. The TV would temporarily go black then come back on once or several times. It would also loose signal temporarily when turning ceiling fan off. The G5BLK appears to have eliminated these issues.
Nice unit, flush when installed in 19U rack to the front. Unit performance is in line with costs
My home builder placed single-outlet, recessed power outlets for wall-mount TVs in my home, which did not allow for plugging in a soundbar with a wall-mounted TV. This works perfectly, gives surge protection, fits a recessed outlet, and thin enough to mount right beside the TV mount. Glad I came across this product! Works great!

If you need to set up an AV Power Filter in a rack environment but don't need network manageability then this is the one for you! Highly recommended.
