Tastes way better than store brand fruit flavored, and I can feel the nicotine tingle more which reduces cravings better. Store brand works but this brand is double the price and works better. I'd rather chew gum than vape and cough. Helped me get through RSV and a wicked sinus infection.
instead of screwing up and starting the cig that ruins everything, chew one of these. i don't go back to where I was. just enough to get over cravings at 6 months out. maybe one piece in a month or two, but it is there to keep me from slipping up in a point if no return way.
