Real nice tabbing system where you can reuse your file folder simply by raising a bent down tab, and bending down the unused tabs. Neat, huh? Comes with all 3 tabs sticking straight up. Simply select the tab you want - left, middle, or right - and bend down the other 2 tabs to where they fit into pre-cut slots inside the folder.

These have 3 tabs and make them easy for filing purposes to fold down the unnecessary tabs and reuse if need.
The flexible tabs are a good idea but the execution is difficult and bending these down takes additional time and creates snags with file folder contents.
Glad I bought them!
The file folder itself was not high standard (or normal standard). It was to my surprise that the tabs were too small to fit my file lables, so it made the files look sloppy.
