I've been taking these gummies for about three months. I have no intention of ever stopping. They are so tasty I have to remind myself to stick to the recommended dose of two per day. I find that they greatly improved my elimination even though I also include high fiber foods in my diet every day. Give them a try, you will see what I mean.

I have not tried it yet but if it is like the other vitamins that I have used then I will probably will love it! The products here are great!
I just purchased this product for the first time. The gummies taste good but they stick together so badly it's impossible to get just one out. A huge clump comes out with effort, then you have to pry one loose to take it. If not for the clumping problem, I'd give this product a higher rating.
