The ear doctor recommended I use this in my sons ears as a remedy for a pretty bad ear wax issue. After the really tough wax was removed (by the doctor, we couldn't get it to budge..) we add a drop of this to each ear once a week. It comes with a clear dropper so you can easily get one drop into the ear. We return to the doctor in January to see if this is preventing the ear wax from building up and getting tough again. I have hope.
