This is my first time trying this Boost beverage and I really, really like it! I'm getting a lot of vitamins and minerals and the vanilla taste is really tasty for being a nutritional beverage. I don't like to eat breakfast in the mornings. I'd rather drink a protein shake or something similar to start my day. I decided to try Boost Glucose Control because it has a good amount of protein, is low in sugar, and includes fiber. The chocolate flavor is delicious and it has just the right amount of sweetness. It's smooth and not gritty like some drinks can be. This drink filled me up for breakfast and kept my hunger away until lunchtime.
