I can skip a Meal and Drink a Boost and be good until the Next meal! The Boost I get are the Boost Plus which are 360 Calories and 14 Grams of Protein! I actually lost some weight by Skipping Lunch and Having a Boost Plus instead!
My mother lives with me and drinks 2 boost daily. She was loosing weight until I moved her in with me and now she is at a healthy weight and eating other foods and boost. Her bloodwork is good and she is healthy thankyou Boost.
Good product
This shake is perfect for on the go people who don't have time to sit and eat 3 meals a day. I am a nursing mom so this is a fantastic way to get the extra calories in that I need to nurse my baby while also being on the go with my other children. One a day makes a world of difference.
I really enjoy drinking Boost Plus because I have always been a petite female. So, I wanted to gain weight and a nurse at a doctor's office that I went to told me to try these! She was so right because I have gained 25 pounds and I couldn't be happier! I will continue drinking it because I am not at the weight that I need to be.
Boost Plus seems to be working fine. I take one each day along with one Ensure Alive . I am now slowly gaining weight. However, there is an issue for Walmart to help with: My order (a duplicate of my last order)) included one 12-pack carton of Boost and one 12-pack carton of Ensure. Each time the Ensure arrived in perfect condition and in a sturdy carton. But both orders contained damaged Boost containers - 9 out of 12 bottles DENTED in a lesser quality carton. I thought it was probably a fluke the first time, but it is now a concern after a repeated incident with orders about a month apart. I'm now considering not ordering Boost again which will be a loss for my weight gaining mission. (Photo Examples below)
I buy this a lot. It's hit or miss. I keep getting random bad batches (and not just from Walmart). Recently 2 boxes ordered at once had the same date and both had thick gunk in the bottleneck. I went to the grocery store to buy replacements and they had the same date, same code numbers as the yucky ones Walmart delivered and they were fine, so I have to assume it's some kind of storage issue.

Looks like it was thrown in the box with packing peanuts and then kicked all the way to our door. Still spitting out styrofoam crumbles everytime we drink. None of the product ruptured at least. The delivery person tried to jam our front door shut with it too.
