Not only are these good for women because of all the benefits they have for anti-aging but I'm 100 pounds soaking wet if I don't drink protein and eat protein along with working out I'm 190 pounds right now but I'm in a size 10–12 in jeans, a medium and a dress shirt, large, and a T-shirt, and a size Medium and a swimsuit because muscle tone weighs more than fat and if you're trying to gain weight, these are perfect for thatI'm
Love this product! The only downside is the price keeps rising!! It's a great supplement for seniors, but getting too pricey and often out of stock! Walmart has helped the plight of the elderly in the past… please bring the price down to our meager means ! We truly would appreciate it!!
I started drinking boost hair skin %26 nails about 6 months ago, 1 a day so after 3 weeks i couldn't afford it . That fast within a week and couple days ,i could feel a diffence in my hair snd my nails started getting brittle. So then i knew it was the boost !
i drink Them specifically form myself and buy them specifically for myself and get the rest of the family the high protein once but I love how it fills me up in the morning when I don't want to be tough and it's a perfect snack for the between lunch and I'll never do anything other than chocolate cause it tastes like a milkshake
tastes great. convenient to carry with you anywhere. use as a snack..mix it in smoothies..or meal replacement. it does it all.

In my opinion the price is too high. It tastes great and has a nice smooth consistency. But, if you had to rely on this product daily for additional nutrition, especially, multiple times a day, it would cost way too much for most. That is why I took a star. Other than that, the product itself is good.
Every bottle had A dent in it!!!
purchased as a high protein low sugar nutritional supplement. Product tastes okay, but 4 of the 6 bottles were dented. None of the drinks spilled. Box did have bubble wrap inside.
Delivery instructions are NEVER followed. Any package i get has been left out on Caldwell Ave by the sidewalk! i am 68 disabled %26 can not go looking all over for them %26 when i do find them i cannot carry them upstairs!! Start following my "Delivery Instructions" !!!!
