[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this Pomade wax just after the shampoo... it is a cream style rather than the gel type which goes easy on the hair and doesnt leave lumps. And ilafter 8 have it for few hours it doesn't feel like I have anything on my hair which is awesome. Probably a best bet for something sharper and fashion oriented look. It has a pretty intense aroma which does the job for you. A best bet for a TRENDY look!
With old spice pomade & bees wax your hold will feel amazing! It will last all day and smell great and wont be noticeable like other brands, but the best part has to be the smell it has a nice smell that makes you feel extra confidant. The one down thing is that because its a great hold it will take a few extra scrubs in the shower with hot water in the shower to get it off [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband used generic hair gel so he was excited to use the Old Spice Pomade with Beeswax. He styled his hair as normal and at the end of a long day at work he didn't have any stray hairs. His hair was still perfectly styled.
I don't really style my hair often. I usually just let it fall free. But sometimes a good style to hold in place is nice. So I'm coming at this review as someone that only styles once in a blue moon. Sometimes pomades can leave hair sticky. And some make hair overly hard. This is neither. My hair isn't left sticky and it's a nice medium hold. I can still shake my head around and hair will wave, but will still stay in place overall. The pomade is like a paste that is easy to scoop up and run into hands. The scent is barely noticeable, so look elsewhere like a shampoo beforehand to have hair smelling nice. But I enjoyed this “not too hard, not too soft” hold this did with my hair. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't use pomades but this one is a little different and may not be for everyone. The consistency is as stated putty like and isn't heat activated like other beeswax based pomades. It smells good but is a little hard to move around and spread evenly but it doesn't look greasy and does the job.

It is a little tacky in the beginning but if you spread it out it works great. I would recommend to the person who wants to look nice without breaking the bank!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never really liked to use jell in my hair. The way that my hair stays in place and is sticky just isn't for me. I do understand that its supposed to be sticky to style the hair, but that just isn't for me. Don't get me wrong, the aroma of it smelled very good to me, but it's just not something I would be interested in getting in the future.
The product overall is good - the smell, easy to work into hair and style. What I didn't like was how fast it dries and the shine it left. Once it is set in your hair if you were to touch or move your fingers through your hair it feels crusty.
