So bright! Feel relieved just after a few minutes, tiresome is all gone. Combine it with a smart plug, as a wake up light, give me a full day energy. My best option for winter blue.
Perfect...not too bright....already feeling a difference a week into using it. Definitely suggest for anyone suffering from Winter Blues or Cabin Fever.
The price was s great deal and the light was also great, but I could not use doe to the sensitivity of my eyes.

This light does exactly what it should. Be sure to read the instructions for distance of placement. The advertising picture shows it placed too near the user. 20 minutes and I feel better!
