My husband is on his feet 12 hours or more, 6 days a week. The difference these Dr Scholl's Comfort heel cushions made such a difference in his performance! His feet felt so much better, so he could focus on his job! The fit was perfect, the comfort is what he desperately wanted and needed!! I have not started wearing these yet but I give it a 5 because they are Dr. Scholl's brand and there heel pain product works amazingly well, which I'm currently using.
My daughter has heel pain from playing volleyball. I bought these for here at the Dr's recommendation. She's been using it at every practice and hasn't complained about heel pain since.

I work in a warehouse throwing orders all day, and these help with the heel pain I get by the time I get home. Cushions are easy to slide into your boot or shoe , the next ones I'll get will be the full size because I'm usually on my feet at work 12 to 14 hours a day. Dr Scholl's Heel Cushions are so comfortable that I would have liked to have found them before. Now I can stay for more time stand up or walking without problem. Dr. Scholl's Comfort Heel Cushions with Advanced Massaging Gel are really easy to use but also provide lots of comforts and relief. Saturday is usually our chore/running around town day. I slipped these in my sneakers and off we went. Grocery store, the Home Improvement Store, and Yard work. Usually my feet/legs are achy after the return from the grocery store. I love these heel cushions! So many shoes today have high backs on them, and these cushions raise my heel to avoid my shoes rubbing my heels at the top of the shoes. I also like this style because they don't slide around inside while wearing them.
These are very hard and uncomfortable to wear for any amount of time
I work on my feet all day and bought gel heel cushions to relieve stress but they will not stay in place. They shift so much it became easier to remove them than to constantly have to reposition them. I bought a set for my wife and she has the same problem.
