I have to have arch supports because of a surgery I had 4 years ago on my feet. I can't wear heels anymore and most flats have no support in them so I haven't been able to wear flats or sandals for a long time. I needed something to support my arch for dressy sandals for my son's wedding. Wore them for 6 hours on my feet and was able to dance the whole night! Just ordered more pairs so I can wear flat sandal's or shoes now again.
I have noticed in the past year that my flats were really bothering my feet so when I saw these on the site I decided to give them a try. You can change these from shoe to shoe and I have tried in two pair and they really felt great!!
There's no other reason to try anything else dr.scholls is #1.

You simply peel and stick onto cleaned area, directly over the callus. The directions simply state to leave it on until it falls off. (the callus pad, not the toe). It stays on well, and one lasted about a week. It's thin and comfortable, yet protects, reduces pressure, and eases pain. I definitely will be keeping a box of these in the first aid kit, and definitely recommend.
