I loved my experience with this supplement! I am a vegetarian and taking these daily helped me to get some needed vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Zink and Iron. I got these because I went really short on my last haircut and ended up HATING it :( but my hair has actually grown and so have my nails, within the 1st 30 days. Thank you!!!
I'm so in love I'm bi-racial, and have extremely thick curly hair, but my ends we're breaking off really bad from stressing with school. Ever since i started taking this for a few months my hair grew crazy long here is a before and after picture the only thing i hate is the taste of the pill that's it!!!
Cons: -The taste is slightly displeasing to me (Im not a lemon fan) -For the first week they caused some mild intestinal upset (remedied by taking one in the AM and one in the PM) Pros: -They are additive free! -Ive noticed a real difference in my nail strength (no more peeling and brittleness!) -They are easy to swallow - Can be opened and added to drinks if you dont like swallowing pills BONUS - Bying these helps supply vitamins to children who dont have access <3 - Low dose micronutrient levels make this an excellent multi-vitamin for people who are already eating well, but are needing to supplement slightly Overall, I would (and have) recommend this vitamin and brand! Thank you for bringing an excellent choice in vitamins to the market!
This supplment works really well. It not only has nutirents to help grow your hair, it also has other essential vitamins that support a healthy lifestyle. Definetly recommend!
I've always had fine hair, but it's always been relatively healthy until I moved to a climate with an actual winter (moved from Florida to Washington, DC). Winter was hard on my already thin hair, so I needed something to kickstart growth. I tried changing my diet, but it wasn't enough. This product turned out to be the missing piece! My hair has already grown and seems stronger than usual. I'm excited to see how it affects the thickness long term, but based on what I've seen so far, I have high expectations.
I have been taking these for 6 months. Hair, nails and skin are flourishing.
I love that these capsules are vegetarian!!! I've always heard MSM is supposed to really aide biotin to help your hair grow faster and stronger so I'm extremely excited and hopeful to see how these will turn out! Packaging is eye catching and well designed, I have only been taking these for a week so it's still too early to tell just how effective these are. But I'm extremely hopeful!

I just received it 2 days ago,I hope it works,I'm giving it a 3 because it gets good reviews and I did my research and it should work.They should give you a little more time to do a review,on products like this.
Has black things inside the capsule and smells really bad. It seemed to be rotten.
