I have several dogs and never had any issue with the collar. It's a valuable purchase.
Arrived just on time got them out of the package filed the instructions put them on the dogs how the dogs both have new flea collars they were missing them they kept on shaking them off cuz we didn't cut them big enough and the dogs grew a little bit
My yorkie is allergic to all of the pills and drops for convenience we've tried but seems to do well using this collar. Though the instructions read effective for 8 months, I replace it every time he gets a hair cut—about every four months.. I am pleased with them. By

Product works great but online it says "do not use on puppies under 6 weeks of age." Once I received the box it says "do not use on puppies under 12 weeks of age." It would be nice if the box online actually showed the accurate information.
I have a smaller dog and feel like Im wasting half of the collar because I have to cut so much off. Would prefer either smaller item or ways to use leftover piece.
Package is NOT as advertised! The picture of the back of the box states that the collar can be used on puppies that are 6 weeks and older, which is the only reason I purchased this particular flea collar. However, when the package arrived, the back of the actual box states that the collar is for puppies 12 weeks and older. If you have a younger puppy that needs flea/tick protection, find another product. This one cannot be used on puppies that are less than 12 weeks old.
Beware!! I bought these and put them on my three puppies, they nearly killed my puppies!! If you start noticing your puppy getting sick in any way take them off immediately and DO NOT wash them!! All of my three puppies had different symptoms. My roommate pointed out as one of the three was literally probably a few hours away from death that the only thing new was these collars. We removed them and… THEY STARTED GETTING BETTER!! Two days later the sickest puppy was up walking again and a week later running around playing!!!
I used this product for my dog, and today noticed a chemical burn on the lower side of her neck. I am very upset and will be contacting the company directly.
If I could give this Zero stars I would. This caused my dog to have a red ring around his neck after 24hours wearing it, and whenever I touched him if I rubbed on the collar even slightly, my hand felt like it was being burnt after a few seconds, before I could get a chance to wash my hands, and even after washing them it still stings. I bought 2 for my Cats and have not put them on yet. I am going to return them to the store. I will never use this product again. No wonder they were on sale for so cheap. They are so terrible. Please Stop using these! So bad for pets!
