I have been buying this brand for years. My Mastiffs LOVE this food and the price is great compared to Blue Buffalo!! Yes, the price has went up, but its worth it! Very happy with the ingredients. Well worth the money.
I feed the Pure Balance Large Breed dog food, to my 8 month old male Rottweiler puppy. I mix this with Pure Balance Pro Puppy, and Pure Balance Venison. These dog foods have real meat as the 1st ingredient, no corn. I have owned Rottweilers for over 20yrs, and tried many dog foods over the years, Pure Balance Dog food has to be my favorite. I would compare some of the Wild Pure Balance foid with Taste of the Wild Dog food, which is very expensive. So i really like the Pure Balance quality and price vs this more expensive brand. My 8 month old Rottweiler has a beautiful thick shiny coat, shiny eyes, it is keeping him nice and stocky, sid stools, and no gas!!! Other dog foods that have corn in them make Rottweilers gasy..pew, this issue is gone with Pure Balance. I will keep mixing the Pure Balnce Puppy, with the Pure Balance Large Breed and Wilds until he stops growing fully at 3yrs, than just feed him the Pure Balance Large Breed and Wilds. The ingredients were my main focus and I am very impressed with this particular product. My dogs love it and it smells good unlike some dog food. I can’t find this in the store so I have to ship it.
I don't know what the difference between this and the old Pure Balance Chicken and Brown Rice is, but my dog loves it the same. I mixed bags to ween him off the old and didn't have any issues. I feel like he doesn't use the bathroom as much, but that might just be a coincidence. The only issue I have with this new one is the kibble is small and I don't want to over feed him.
Unfortunately this item is only available online but my rottweiler and germane shepherd love it. And I love the price and natural ingredients
All 4 of our Rottweilers love this food. Their coats all look good, nice and shiny. The added vitamins and nutrients are a big plus. Glad Walmart started boxing the food prior to shipping. Highly recommend this brand.
My now 1 year old cane corso loves this food he is a big 120lbs that goes through a 30lb bag in less than a month.. so the price is amazing
Our babies love it, one is super finicky so it was hard to find something she would eat and the vet approved. Both of our huskies are a great weight too!
Veterinarian approved helps with your skin, digestive health energy no preservatives, my dog and my cat. Love this food I highly recommend it.!
My dogs are medium size dogs, but I was trying to find a food they'd eat that I could afford. I tried this version of Pro Balance when I couldn't find a version for medium size dogs. They both eat it well, which pleasing them both can be difficult. I do put Natures Recipe toppers on it. But, they still prefer Pro Balance as their hard food. It also has glucosamine and chondroitin to help their joints. I'm really glad I found a food that they like and I can afford. I'm done constantly trying new dog food.
