THEY WORK GREAT JUST NEED TO SOKE THEM IN WATER BEFOR USE TO CLEAR AL THE SEDEMENT
Great prices and selections. Had everything I needed at a great price
I called to order a water reservoir and filters. The reservoir was recently discontinued as a separate unit. However the staff said they would "run out to their warehouse" to check and return my call. They called me back and I was fortunate that they had one. I love their water bowl and the filters work will in keeping the water clean. I would recommend their products but do not clean the reservoir in the dishwasher as I did! Their literature clearly advises against that.
Be sure to order the right size! I wasn't sure the size of my bowl/reservoir so I guessed and the filter was too big. Thankfully the plastic down the middle of the filter is flexible enough that I was easily able to bend it in half to make it work without having to exchange the product. In other words, the filter works great despite my user error!
I have 3 animals that enjoy using the fountain. Great product.
Purchased a pack of CleanFlow Replacement Filter cartridges, did the simple remove-replace with a new cartridge, and now the Large CleanFlow fountain we bought for our (many, many) cats has to be refilled daily. They love the fresh clean water. Easy order, quickly received!
We replace the filter every month to make sure our CleanFlow machine provides the best water for our cats. We take care of 11 cats so if you only have 1 or 2 you probably won't need to change the filter that often. It took about a week for all of of cats to love the CleanFlow water machine. Now it is the preferred water bowl in the house!
My cat and I both love this water fountain bowl. It's easy to maintain. Glad I was able to order replacement filters from you directly as some pet stores don't have them.
They fit great. I just wish they were more accessible in more places. Put works great in a doggie water fountain! Works as needed.
These are the same filters I've been using for 5 years. And now they are literally 5 times the price for the same thing. I'm very disappointed and will no longer purchase original filters and use someone else's.
