Very good value from Walmart. Can't find in local or surrounding Walmart. After waiting weeks for item to come back in stock, 1/2 order was damaged. No complaints for Walmart superb services. I think the fault is with Fed-X packers loaders/driver.
The product itself is great however one can arrived with the top broken since there was absolutely no protective packaging in the box. Product still works, but is a pain to spray since the white part is broken. Walmart, please package your items better!
Not happy how I got my package but I love Lysol and the freshness and the germs that it kills. Didn't get it on the day that I was suppose to get it thinking I was charged for the next day delivery which was 5.99 and should have gotten it on the 18th and I didn't get my things til the 22nd and tops were off one of them.
I read an online article about a month ago (early April 2020) that stated "suddenly, Lysol is trendy." So, being the in-style/ forward thinking/germaphobe that I am, I began visiting almost every brick-and-mortar essential store within a 10 mile radius from my home, only to find no Lysol on the shelves. So, one late Friday night/ early Saturday morning, May 2, 2020, I visited Wal-Mart.com and voila! There was "trendy" Lysol Crisp Linen twin pack...waiting to be ordered online. So, I paid the $5.99 shipping charges for items under $35, and QUICKLY purchased the twin pack of Lysol. The package was delivered on May 5, 2020. BTW, although I haven't used the Crisp Linen yet, I highly recommend, as I've already been using the Spring Waterfall scent pre-pandemic, and am very pleased with the germ killing agents.
I think if you can't replace them which is highly ridiculous it's just two cans of Lysol spray then I should wait until you can replace them before I do a return . When I checked to re-order them, they were not out of stock. I could also just take them to a Walmart store. These particular cans have to have the top in order to use the sprayer that's built into the top. Here's a photo.
The only reason Im giving it three stars is because my package came in broken. All the tops were crushed.
Not as pictured :-( Ordered 2, both came with a top that is inferior to what I usually get, definitely not what walmart shows in their description photo. The cheap caps came off in transit and product was sprayed in the bag it arrived in.
Ordered TWO twin packs of 19 oz Lysol Spray. No substitution note for this item but, received ONE twin pack and a ONE single 12.5 oz can with a damaged lid.
Item was not properly packaged and as a result arrived broken. Small bits of plastic were in the box. Packaging needs to be improved.
Poorly packaged. Both bottles are damaged. Very disappointed
