This bassinet is larger than most, which works well for the first several months when I want my infant to room in. The only thing I would change (and it is changed on the older models) is that the mobile doesn't swivel. That makes it akward to put the baby in the bassinet without hitting the stuffed lambs on the mobile. The colors are great and the bassinet is very sturdy. It is pretty easy to assemble and comes with all of the tools needed as well.
Simplicity has done it again for me. I love this brand and I am not let down again. We purchased 2 of these bassinetts because we are expecting twin boys and putting them together was a breeze. They are very cute and not to "girly". Works great for boy or girl. They are larger in size than other bassinetts, which I think is nice if you have a longer baby. Very sturdy if put together properly. As always Simpliciy provides all the tools needed to put it together including the screwdriver. My only complaint is you can't change the direction of the bassinett (meaning only can place the canopy and mobil in one spot). The only reason I didn't like this is because I wanted the mobils on opposite sides so it would be easier to tend to both babies at once if needed. Other than that I LOVE this product and would recommend it to anyone. Also the customer service with this company is wonderful. If you have any problems putting it together you can go to their website and they have an online video of how to put this exact bassinett together.
Its cute and all but when you change the bassinet to a rocker it makes screeching noise like a door opening and closing how can a baby sleep with that noise.
