I like that these are made from natural, activated charcoal. It is gentle on the stomach and I've never experienced any kind of side effects. They're easy to use and help a lot. After using these I can say that they work well for my gas and bloating after eating dairy & gassy veggies. Be sure to drink a good amount of water with them, they did get a little stuck in my throat. Only thing that I didn't like is that they can cancel out other meds that you take, just be mindful that you take these 2 hours before or after any other meds you're taking. I was so glad I got to try these. They came at a time when I was have really bad digestive distress with extreme bloating. I took them before eating and found that it really did help ease the gas, constipation and bloating. It helped ease my system and help flush it out a little.
