Got these a week ago, and they are an awesome way for your little one to get that bowel movement going! She loved the taste and the chewable was easy for her to digest, watermelon is one of her favorite flavors so she had no problem getting it down!..Would definitely buy these again! My daughter has occasional constipation and gets very uncomfortable while trying to go, sometimes to the point of holding it in, which makes matters worse. She is 5 so the recommended dose is 1-3 chewable tablets. One to two tablets is all we need. More than two makes her stool very runny. It usually works in a few hours for us. Having my 4 year old grandson alot who happens to have issues with stomach discomfort and constipation, I was eager to have an alternative that was helpful.
