I love Rachael Ray as a chef, talk show host, and I love her kitchen cookware/bakeware, and now I love her “Rachael Ray Drizzle Reduction with Balsamic Vinegar of MODENA”! My husband and I love Italian food and we try to make them for the family often. Our regular dishes are all kinds of pastas, pizzas, fresh veggies from our garden, home-baked baguettes, and we even buy ingredients for anti-pasta dishes. One thing we always have on hand when we have an Italian dinner party is balsamic vinegar. This is a “must have” when preparing an Italian meal. We use this to marinade vegetables, drizzle on top of pizzas and caprese salads, and just leave it out on the table for guests to serve themselves. My favorite is drizzled on top of bruschetta with some extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle of chopped basil and tomatoes! My mouth is watering as I am typing. Not only does this vinegar taste delicious, it is only 35 calories per tablespoon and that is a whole lot when using just for drizzling over top of food! We live this!
This is really high quality which is typical from Rachel ray. This makes you feel like a professional chef when you use the stuff. If you haven't had balsamic vinegar from Modena you don't know what your missing. Although it has the typical sour vinegar taste it also has a slightly thicker slightly sweet taste also. Just drizzle it on salads or use as a fancy topping for taste and presentation. It will give your meals that little je ne sais quoi that everyone will want to know what your secret ingredient is.
This reduction flavor is great to add to sauteed vegetables or even add to your own sauces. This especially pairs well with asparagus and brussel sprouts w/bacon. The bottle is nice looking and functional. I liked how the lid is. It's not a screw style, but it still fits well and makes it easier to open when you're bustling around while making your meal. The lid pops off & on (just wiggle it a bit) like a cork, but it's plastic.
OMG!!! Thus bottle is the perfect summer condiment and accessory. I made bruschetta and it was perfect on some fresh mozzarella, basil, and homegrown Roma tomatoes. I drizzled it on grilled chicken with Italian herbs and seasoning. The flavor is very robust. I love the nozzle too. Great for applying to your food.
Rachael Ray's drizzle reduction with balsamic vinegar is absolutely amazing tasting. It is perfect for marinating or brushing onto chicken, meats, and fish. I especially love it on salads, pasta and even cheese. It has a tart yet sweet flavor that is absolutely incredible. The texture is silky smooth and I love it on almost anything. I highly recommend this drizzle reduction by Rachael Ray!
The Rachael Ray balsamic vinegar is a must have in any kitchen. It has a great tangy flavor to it that I love. The vinegar smell is much more potent than the taste is. The consistency is great, not super runny that it doesn't stay where you have drizzled it. Perfect topping to some mozzarella and tomato appetizers.
This is my first time trying a balsamic vinegar drizzle reduction and I really like it! I used it to make a salad with cherry tomatoes and it was delicious. I like that you can use this multiple ways. The bottle is a nice size and I like that it is a glass container. It's made in Italy.
The balsamic vinegar reduction drizzle has amazing flavor. I have used it in salad dressing and marinades. The flavor is one of the best I have tried from many since we like to do a copy cat recipe of steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and the Rachel Ray drizzle really brings the flavor out . Go to the store now and get a bottle you will not be disappointed.
Rachael Ray drizzle reduction balsamic vinegar is so good. First of all I love how thick this is, when you go to pour it a little comes out at a time which is all you need since the flavor is so concentrated. This balsamic glaze has a very distinct sweet flavor to it. I love to use mine on my salads and also to dip my sourdough bread. You can marinate any type of meat or veggies. I like to also glaze my chicken when I am roasting it in the oven with this sauce. Since there is so much flavor packed into this bottle a little goes a long way. This is one of the best balsamic vinegar's that I have tasted!
The bottle says this is a glaze (on the back), but all the glazes I have used in the past have been thicker. It is definitely more of a drizzle. I used it on salad and it worked out perfectly for that. I also intend to try it out as a marinade and it think it will work nicely as a marinade. Because it is more of a drizzle (which the bottle does state on the front), it does not have the same flavor punch as some of the balsamic glazes. I tried it on cheese and it just covered it in liquid and rolled off. I prefer something with more of a flavor punch.
