Very nice product for its price yet it doesn't look cheap. It's very stylish and functional. The storage area is surprisingly large. It surpassed my expectations. Walmart delivered it one week ahead of schedule.
We selected this ottoman because of the rattan sides; the texture adds an interesting look to our den and the contrasting colors (light on each side---dark on top) work nicely with our other furniture. The storage area is nice and deep, the lid easy to lift and stays open without a problem. I was afraid our little dog's toenails would leave prints in the top when she uses it to jump onto the sofa, but that doesn't seem to be a problem. Also we've been accustomed to a very large ottoman in the den, so this size has taken some getting used to, but we intend to re-order for a side by side arrangement, plus one more to put beside the entry door for shoe storage. The seat/foot rest is not "cushy" but it's not so hard that it's uncomfortable. All in all...this is a great buy!!
This ottoman almost matches our furniture and fits in with our decor. After searching all over, this was the best deal with the best features. My husband can even hide his puzzle books inside. I would recommend this item to everyone.
Well made sturdy storage solution and very functional. I bought a pair of them to store items in and also use as extra seating. Also they fit nicely under my end tables. Kind of modern retro looking.
I purchased 2 of these ottomans. They look beautiful. They are wonderful for storage of magazines, books, blankets and I am tempted to get one for my pets toys! One is in my living room which has mostly brown leather furniture and it matches nicely. It is also versatile enough that I have the other in my tropical decor bedroom. Even though my bedroom decor is mostly seafoam, the ottoman having the cornleaf panels make a beautiful tropical statement in our bedroom. I did think they were just a little over priced but I purchased them anyway. I am happy I did but will wait for a sale or promo discount for my next two! Shipping arrival was no problem either.
just what I wanted
Smart looking and very functional. Takes up little space. Perfect.
This item is warm in color and roomy inside. I put this next to my front door so that guests can place their shoes in it and take a set of the slippers that I keep inside for their use while visiting. The top looks plastic which is a minor distraction from its elegance. But I am sure that, if it was quality leather, it would have cost more!
I really love the look of this ottoman. It goes perfect with my existing decore and it doubles as extra seating. Only draw back is I have had to reorder three times due to flaws/damage of the actual ottoman. One time the top didn't line up with the bottom, the other times the wood trim was damaged. It is worth the time and effort to reorder knowing that this will be sitting in my living room!
I have this Ottman in our living room and store my iPad, iPod, and iPhone accessories in it so they are handy when needed. Only problem, with the wicker sides my kitten thought it was a new scratch post for her!
