There is no way this is refurbished! It's like it's brand new from the factory and not a soul has touched it! It's absolutely amazing!! The only complaint I have is why didn't I do this sooner! Best $208.00 I've ever spent on myself and as a beginner I believe this is going to accommodate me in my sewing and quilting journey! I've tried to find flaws in it and I honestly can't find anything! I just wish I knew what I was doing or had someone who is a sewing and quilting wizard who lived close to me but the is the only thing I'm complaining about! I thought I would be sending it back due to it being refurbished and had a bad feeling I would regret spending the money but I am a cheap person especially when it comes to myself, but I am no longer regretful and very happy with my decision. And please excuse the picture background, I am in the process of making a craft room

The bobbin is takes too long to change.
I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughte, received expected delivery date. Item never showed up and after I called to check status I was refunded my money 2 days before Christmas Eve. Never asked if I wanted to re-order with two day shipping or any other way. I am not happy with company instead very disappointed.
